The system is available at the URL http://[servername]/Plass.id.web

Replace the [servername] with the servername reported by your server administrator. It will be 'localhost' if you are working on a stand-alone PC.

Start by entering this URL in your web browser to access the login page.


In order to reach the system, you need to have a user account. Please get your user details from your local DVI System Agency administrator.

The welcome page you will see after the login depends on the link you used to start the DVI System, or the server settings determined by an administrator. There are two different welcome pages:

HTML welcome page

The current 5.0.1.8 DVI System version is one of a series of transitional releases where features are enhanced, moved or duplicated from Silverlight to HTML5, see DVI System Transition for more information.

When you need to jump to the Silverlight welcome page to manage the DVI files, just click the "Data Entry (Silverlight)" button:
