PDF- Numbered editable and importable forms.

The form-sets may be pre-numbered, to allow, prior to a disaster, the preparation of body bags with pre-printed documentation. To print one or several pre-numbered empty forms, the user can click the Form Set menu found in the Printed forms group on the Home tab of the Ribbon Menu.
Then click Numbered
and a Print forms dialog appears 
Check the
checkbox to generate numbered, editable PDF forms for later import.
You decide the case numbering structure in the Define print range panel. For instance, to print 200 form-sets, numbered AM45-0001 to AM45-0200:
- Enter Case number prefix = "AM45",
- Min. number of digits = 4,
- Range start = 1 and
- Range stop = 200
Click OK and choose the language you wish the forms to be in.
Click OK to produce the PDF forms:
You can follow the progress of the pdf generation in the status bar:
The generated files are zipped and can be downloaded when the process is done:
