  • Authentication.config — This file is used when Forms Authentication https://plassdata.jira.com/wiki/display/DVISUP/Server+Installation#ServerInstallation-ServerInstFormsAuth is choosen during installation.
  • Authentication_INT.config — This file is used when Integrated (AD) Security https://plassdata.jira.com/wiki/display/DVISUP/Server+Installation#ServerInstallation-ServInstAD is choosen during installation.
  • Authorization.config — This file is used when Forms Authentication https://plassdata.jira.com/wiki/display/DVISUP/Server+Installation#ServerInstallation-ServerInstFormsAuth is choosen during installation.
  • Authorization_INT.config — Contains a list of the AD groups and the login of the sysadmin user .
  • ConnectionStrings.config — Contains the connectionstring to the database
  • Web.config — Contains all other configuration, such as logging, reference to assemblies, path locations, etc.
