Prerequisites: Before importing files, you need to have completed the Initial agency and user setup.

Import: Open the File Manager by clicking the "File manager" tab in the right side of the screen.

This will activate the "File manager" ribbon in the top of the screen:

Click the "Management" tab.

Click "Import files" and choose "Import V5 files":

Click "Click here to add a new file" to select one or more files for import.

Navigate to the folder containing the files you wish to import. Mark the files you wish to import:

Click "Open".
When all the files is downloaded, click "OK":

 

Choose if you wish to include "Attachments" and/or "Reference file numbers" in the import.
Choose the container to import the file(s) to. Default is "ImpFileCnt".
Choose the fields you wish to include in the import.
Click "OK" to start the import.
