To modify an existing report, mark the report and click "Design".
The Report designer opens.
With the Report designer module (DevExpress)
- Labels can be added or edited
- Graphics can be added
- Text can be formatted and repositioned
- Data displayed in the report can be configured and bound with data in the database .
There are two types of labels:
Free text labels - used to describe data in the report, and Data labels - which are linked to data from the database. The data is displayed when the report is generated.
The layout, appearance and position of the labels can be configured using the DevExpress designer tool.
