The Search Functions group has 4 modes Refresh, Fulltext, Advanced and Clear:
Refresh Search:
Performs a search using the parameters specified and loads the list of matching cases in File Manager.
Fulltext Search:
If you want wish to perform a Fulltext search using parameters like gender, file kinds, physical, period, container etc. click on the Fulltext button: 
and the Fulltext Search Page appears on the right side of your screen. Note: As a minimum you have to choose which pages you want to include in the search to execute the actual search.
Advanced Search:
If you want wish to perform an Advanced search using your specified parameter as an advanced search tree click on the Advanced button: 
and the Advanced Search Page appears on the right side of your screen.
At the same time the Parameters tap opens in the upper left side of your screen.
Three functions are available in the Parameters group:
Execute Search (executes the specified query and displays the result(s)
Clear (clears query to default settings)
Save (saves the specified query)
Dental Search
If you wish to perform a search using dental parameters click the dental 
button.
Clear Search:
To reset/clear your search, you have to click the Clear button:
