Prerequisites: Before importing files, you need to have completed the Initial agency and user setup, then login as a normal user with import rights (i.e. an Administrator - not Sysadmin).
Import: Open the File manager Manager by clicking the "File manager" tab in tab in the right side of the screen.

Click "Open".
When all the files is downloaded, click "OK":
Choose if you wish to include "Attachments" and/or "Reference file numbers" in the import.
Choose the container to import the file(s) to. Default is "ImpFileCnt".
Choose the fields you wish to include in the import.
Click "OK" to start the import.
