The purpose of the Private Container is to be able to create a container within an agency that is only visible to members of that container and to users from the top-level agency.

The Private Container can only be created by a user from the top-level agency.

The files within the private container is only visible to members of that container.

An AM-file that is connected to a private container AND is connected to one or more non private containers, will be visible to the users who has access to the non private containers.


To create a private container as top-level agency user, click the "Containers" button:


Note that the "Private" column will only be visible to a top-level agency user. 


Click the "New" button, fill in the details and check the "Private" checkbox.


Click "OK" to save the container.


To add members to the Container, click the "Container members" button:


Choose the container to which you wish to add members:
