Print numbered forms

The form-sets may be pre-numbered, to allow, prior to a disaster, the preparation of body bags with pre-printed documentation.
To print one or several pre-numbered empty forms, the user can click the Form Set menu found in the Printed forms group on the Home tab of the Ribbon Menu.

Then click on Numbered

and a Print forms dialog will appear

You decide the case numbering structure in the Define print range panel.
For instance, to print 200 form-sets, numbered AM45-0001 to AM45-0200:
 Enter Case number prefix = "AM45",
 Min. number of digits = 4,
 Range start = 1 and
 Range stop = 200
You can click OK and a multiple choice dialog with all the possible forms for the file kind is shown one or more forms.

and click Ok. The result will be shown in a preview window.
