In order to add or edit form content:
Elements in the Form page group of the Home ribbon page become active whenever a file is opened as the active file.

The active file reference is displayed at the lower left corner of the window.

Only the forms that are relevant to the active file type and which your user role allows access to are enabled. The other forms are greyed out.
Whenever you wish to view or edit the information in a particular form, you can just click the corresponding form number within the form group. This action will open the selected form page on your screen.
The INTERPOL AM and PM forms are implemented as a set of individual fields.
Each form field area is contained within a Form boundary (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900) and has a header with the field number and the name of the field.

Each form has a group of action buttons. The most important action buttons are:

  • Save data from all fields
  • Cancel Editing on all fields
  • Show/Hide field expands or collapses the field details

If you are not able to edit content of a field, you haven't got sufficient rights to edit the file or the file is locked.
