To manage attachments on the selected file click on the button

Click on the 
button in the upper right corner to reveal an upload dialog
Click "Click here to add a new file" and browse to the file you wish you attach and click Open

On the right hand side of the window, click the link
The name of the link "RO03-255-3.jpg" is the name of the uploaded file.
Link selected attachment to a field number
Click on the button 
in the bottom right hand corner to open the selected attachment.To link the selected attachment to a field number, choose a field number from the drop down box
On the left side of the attachment dialog shows a breakdown of attachments in relation to each field number.
