Choose if you wish to include Attachments and/or Reference file numbers in the export.
Choose the fields you wish to include in the export.
If several files is exported choose to export them to one xml file by checking 
When several files exports to one xml file, the resulting xml files name is a time stamp. E.g. "Export_12_12_2014_10_01_03.xml".
Alternatively the files will be named after the file number. E.g. "AM 101.xml".
Click OK to start the export.
