Once the DC is created, the first task of its owner is to accept the members of the DC.
It is not possible to create Disaster Containers from the end user interface.
It is possible only through the admin interface, for users who have been granted appropriate admin rights.
The DC is created from administration section in the ribbon menu, by pressing the "Containers" button.
When pressing the new button, a new container dialog is shown..
Fill in the details and press the 
button..

For this the user has to go the "My Containers" tab to the right below "File Manager", and select the appropriate container in the "Unassigned containers" list.
