The system is available at the URL http://[servername]/plassPlass.id.web/default.aspx.
Replace the [servername] with the servername reported by your server administrator. If It will be 'localhost' if you are working on a stand-alone PC, it will be 'localhost'.
Start by entering this URL in your web browser to access the login page.
In order to reach the system, you need to register/ have a user account. If you are new to the system please click on the Register link at the bottom of the page.
Then fill out the Account Information form and create a user account by clicking on the Create User button. Your agency administrator will need to approve your new account before it becomes active.
After your user account is approved by the agency administrator, just enter your login name and password and click the Log in button at lower right side of the page and wait for the system to load. . Please get your user details from your local DVI System Agency administrator.
The welcome page you will see after the login depends on the link you used to start the DVI System, or the server settings determined by an administrator. There are two different welcome pages:

When you need to jump to the Silverlight welcome page to manage the DVI files, just click the "Data Entry (Silverlight)" button:
