  1. Create body sites

Navigate to Administration→Body Storage

Fill data in the Columns "Site name", "Short name" and "Description". Choose which "Container/Disaster" the site is connected to, and set "Status"  to "Active".

2.  Create container types

Click the

Add one or more container types.

3. Create container shelves

Click the

For each Body container type, add one or more shelves:

4. Create body containers

For each Body Site, add one or more containers.

Note that all Body sites will contain a "Released Container". This is a virtual Body Container where you can transfer identified bodies to.  See also Release report.

a. Click to set the next location.


In the Body # field the default value is the File number. If you have added any reference numbers to the file, these will be available in the combo box.

Fill in the rest of the fields.

When choosing a "Body container shelf", you will be able to see if a shelf is empty You will still be able to choose a shelf even if it is not empty.

b. Press "OK".

To change the location, repeat step a.and b.again.
