 You can add your own Reference number kinds by navigating to Administrationto Administration→Registers

To add a new Reference number kind, click the

Image Added button.

Enter the relevant data in System Code, System Text Code, Descripton, and make sure to choose "Filereference numbers" in the column "Term Class".
